Fallsgrove is a mixed-use neighborhood development on the former Thomas Farm, a site approximately 257 acres bounded by Shady Grove Road on the north, Research Boulevard on the east, and Darnestown Road on the west, in Rockville, (Montgomery County) Maryland.  The Fallsgrove master plan includes over 850,000 sq. ft. of office and R&D space, a mix of residential units and 150,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space.

Construction is underway on a new two-tower hotel totaling 199 rooms comprised of the 112-room Hilton Garden Inn and 87-room Homewood Suites by Hilton.  The hotel is scheduled to open in the fall of 2009 and is located on Shady Grove and Blackwell Roads west of I-270 across from the Shady Grove Medical Center Campus and Shady Grove Adventist Hospital.
